Ignite Productions and their collaborators Digital Media Factory, (DMF), have completed Principal Photography on "PROGRAMMING THE NATION?" after almost 2 years, over 30 interviews, and hours of re-enactment / b-roll footage. Post Production is expected to take about 8-10 months, and will take place at DMF's facility. Among the numerous tasks included on the slate are editing, green screen composites, graphic design and effects, and archival footage research and clearance.
With the help of our SF entertainment attorney, George M. Rush, Ignite Productions has formed a California Limited Liability Company and is now commencing a Private Placement Offering for the upcoming documentary, "PROGRAMMING THE NATION?" A limited number of Units in the LLC are now available to select investors to help fund the remaining production. Members in the LLC will receive 80% of all revenues until they receive 125% of their initial investment - 50% of revenues thereafter - for the life of the Picture.
